By accessing and using the services of Express Auto Keys, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all services provided, including but not limited to emergency lockout assistance, key duplication, remote programming, and related services.
2. Service Area
Express Auto Keys services are available in designated areas listed on our website. We strive to provide prompt and reliable services; however, availability may vary depending on location, time, and technician availability.
3. Service Pricing
All pricing for services varies depending on vehicle type, service complexity, and other specific requirements. Estimates provided are based on the information shared by the client; actual charges may vary upon arrival and inspection. A quote is confirmed prior to service initiation, and customers agree to pay the final cost as quoted at the time of service.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 1 hour before the scheduled service time. Cancellations within 1 hour of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee. In case of rescheduling, we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred timing.
5. Payments and Deposits
Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept [list accepted payment methods, e.g., cash, major credit cards, etc.]. For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
6. Liability

7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information regarding their vehicle and lock/key needs. Providing incorrect information may result in delays or additional charges. Additionally, customers must ensure safe and accessible working conditions for our technicians at the service location.
8. Emergency Services
Express Auto Keys offers emergency services to assist customers who are locked out of their vehicle. While we prioritize quick response, unforeseen delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors. We are not liable for damages resulting from unavoidable delays.
9. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discounts, or special offers are valid only for the period specified and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Our 50% discount on duplicate keys is available for a limited time only and is subject to change.

We respect your privacy and collect only necessary information to perform our services. Customer information, including contact details, vehicle information, and payment details, is stored securely and used solely for service purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
